1. What we collect — and what we don’t

Browsing woo.directory requires no account and sets no cookies. We run no analytics, no trackers and no advertising. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send through the suggestion form: your email address (required, so we can follow up), your name (optional), and whatever you write in the message.

2. How form submissions travel

The form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party relay, to our review inbox. Your submission passes through FormSubmit’s infrastructure in transit; don’t include sensitive personal information in a suggestion — a URL and a reason is all we need.

3. How we use it

Submissions are used solely to maintain the directory — adding plugins, fixing errors, weighing rankings — and to reply to you about your submission. No mailing lists, no selling or sharing your details with third parties (including listed vendors).

4. The sites we link to

The directory links to WordPress.org, WooCommerce.com and plugin vendors. Each has its own privacy practices — once you leave woo.directory, the destination’s policy applies, not this one.

5. Retention, access & deletion

Suggestion emails are kept while useful for directory upkeep and deleted in periodic clean-ups. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — reply to your own submission or use the form.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with an updated date.
